Does anybody know much about this little SS amp ? 
Rated for  600 w pep out.  And 600 W CCS out on
RTTY, FM.  600 watts  continuous cxr.
Built in switching supply will operate 
from 85-265 vac  and 45-66 hz..with the correct fuses.
160-6m. 
Has power factor correction built in.  No internal
tuner though.  -28 to –30 db pep for IMD3..which is
not great, but would improve a bit with slight
power reduction, when using ssb.   Uses a pair of 
LDMOS  MRFE6VP6300H  by freescale.  Each
device is rated at 300w out..and uses 2 transistors 
wired in parallel...then ditto with the 2nd device, then
just one combiner.  26.5 lbs.  13 x 6.5 x 15  HWD

I have never heard one nor know anybody who has. 
For some applications, it might be the ticket.
