[Amps] VHF all-mode and DC-to-daylight rigs

Not much use, here in VK6. All you'll see for most of the time, on most
bands, is a flat trace. We're far enough away from everybody else in the
world, to be able to enjoy the spectrum to ourselves.
Oh, the power line noise is always there, to put the trace up onto the
S9 mark.
