[Amps] LDMOS availability

OK, name some 1400W solid state devices and they're first date of 
manufacture. Seems to me they didn't exist until a few years ago.

You don't like solid state....we get it.
People didn't like cars and tractors much when they drove horses out to 
pasture either.
