<amplifiers use large value capacitors which are known to develop this problem over
<time. If this is the problem, lowering the power output will take longer to

## He did not say what band he tested on. Any loading cap padder would be on the 160 + 80m bands.
He might want to re-run the tests on 40 + 20m..... if its fine on 40-10m, then its 99 % likely to be a padder
on the lower bands.
