<Litz wire most commonly has polyurethane insulation. This is solderable 
- you don't need to strip it!

##  If a builder has no access to Litz wire, plan B  would be to use some fine gauge
magnet wire, and use a bunch of em in parallel, then twist the assy  so it ends up like
stranded wire. Then you still have access to the individual wires at each end of the
completed assy.
