200 pep out of the amp or transmitter.  So if you can increase signal with antenna gain, go for it.

On the ARRL Page it states,


      30 Meters

Maximum power, 200 watts PEP. Amateurs must avoid interference to the
fixed service outside the US.


Now is that Input Power? Output Power, or ERP Power?
