[Amps] door knob capacitors needed

I'm looking for several door knob capacitors to provide additional 
flexibility in remote matching networks.  I need several in the range of 
200-500pF.  Because of space limitations, I can only use caps the same 
size as the Centralab 858s series (0.75" dia, 0.89" end-to-end).  They 
should be 5-7.5kV. Centralab, HEC, what have you?  I've checked the 
usual suspect sources; but, if you have a favorite supplier, please let 
me know.
