[Amps] Commander HF 2500

Hi!

Replaced caps from '98 model couple of years ago. K1TTT instructions were
very helpful. Old caps looked fine. Amp has not been run very much, more
search and pounce mode mostly CW. Usually 1-1.3 kW.
