[Amps] Amplifier Repair Needed

Good Evening,
Would any of you kind folks care to suggest a reputable amplifier
repair-person in reasonable proximity to northeast Tennessee? I have a
Heathkit HL-2200 giving me fits, and I suspect that two rounds of
shipping added to repair would surely exceed the value of the amp.
