[Amps] Rookie question: TT Centurion amp

I have (4th owner) a Ten Tec Centurion amp.

The manual addendum shows the load/tun approx positions for 12, 17, and
30m, but it doesn't say what "band" I should set the band switch to.

Does 12m go to 10 or 15?

Does 17 go to 15 or  20?

Does 30 go to 20 or 40?

Any help?
