[Amps] clipperton l low output on ssb

If you are looking at an average-reading power meter, then the output on 
SSB will look much lower than on CW because of the low duty cycle.
If your power meter has a peak-reading mode, that's what you need to see 
the real SSB output.
Another thought: is the zero-signal plate current normal on SSB?
