[Amps] SS Amps are expensive...why?

had one for a year......from Germany
no noise....  all the parts ( less one raspberry PI & 3 fans ) including 
the enclosure....RF Pallet is already tested and biased up !
more like an assembly...needs to be calibrated after assembly
was under $3500 US landed...     it is a kit ... less than 5-6 hours
