[Amps] about Alpha Rf Systems

Most odd situation here Ken...in any business operation you can't ignore the
client interface and customer service like that; it is absolutely critical
to maintaining enduring good will and strong relationships; particularly in
the fickle ham radio equipment business. Small scale operation or not, and
past success under past management this key factor is ultimately ignored at
one's peril....the scenario here does not bode well for Alpha RF Systems.

I saw a posting here in January that Alpha RF Systems was answering email
again.
So I emailed sales at alpharfsystems.com on February 24  to ask if I needed an
external fan for my 8410 amp if I want to run FT8 but limit my output to 500
watts. But no reply.

What is going on there?
Now I am afraid to even order the fan online from them.
