[Amps] RG-213 Hi pot ?

Just dont use old coax.

Ive personally seen 6KV used in an industrial app and have heard of it run 
at 9KV.

The 5KV Mil Spec is just that....built to a spec but with sufficient 
overhead which is the norm.
