[Amps] Seeking IXYS IXZ210N50L2 FETs

I need one or more IXZ210N50L2 FETs as spares for a homebew project. As 
far as I can tell, after the take over by Littelfuse, ISYS is no longer 
making RF power FETs. The mainstream suppliers seem to have no 
IXZ210N50L2 in stock.

I wonder if anyone has any of these FETs laying idle at the back of a 
drawer that they could sell me? Yes, I know it's a long shot, but if you 
never ask...
