Guido, ik2bcp did state that the "commercial" amp was a OM4000A driven  
with 15-20 watts.

his commercial amp.  Did he say it was an OM Power unit.  I think he was in
Italy and should contact OM Power to figure out happened.  He could return
it to them, maybe he did.  Or perhaps he had one of those LA4000 that also
use FU728F  tubes.
