Hi Mike!
Yes - in my experience that is about what you can expect from a used SB220/221.  New tubes might help a bit on 10M. The power supply is pretty marginal.  There are things you can do to help it (Harbach) and many articles about it - a better transformer would help - but most likely won't fit in the case.  I have a power supply you can have if you pick it up (😊)  Its about the size of R2D2.  Better off with a better amp.
