<I have come aross a ALS600 with blown finals,? also
<found some MRF151A MOSFETS
<Does any one know if the MRF151A will work in place of the MRF150 ?
<Specs are near the same,? small difference in in/out capacitance.

##  dunno,  but  the  latest  and  greatest  version  is a VRF-151....and  also  the  VRF-151G.
