Dont know what your talking about Herb,  I have 2 of the LP100A
they handle 2kw with ease,  with the standard pickup they are rated
to 3KW.

You can get larger pickup for 5KW if that blows up your dress,  or you
can get low power ones,  youcan even get special low freq pickup for
630M and Larry will make it for whatever power you wish.

Dont know where the idea they dont do 2KW comes from
