[Amps] Checking SB-220 meter continuity

Its most likely mechanical.

Corrosion builds up between the washers on the studs of meter. Both on 
the inside and outside. I've also hears of instances where it can be the 
meter movement itslef with a bad connection on the band or adjusting 
mechinisem.

Seems to me the meter movement is about 150 ohms.
