[Amps] SB220 running plate current when no drive; Problem

I think as long as the max grid *dissipation* isn’t exceeded, the grid *current* is at best an “about here” guide. But what I couldn’t determine is, given the grid current, what’s the dissipation? Is there a rule of thumb?
