[Amps] Alpha 87A Won't Transmit

I am seeing a blue glow inside my 300B. Does this affect normal operation? Does this effect mean my tube is defective?

I love the answer to this one and their explanation of matching is a close second..

Good luck on trying to collect on a 5 yr warranty.
