[Amps] FT8 power with the KPA1500

For short periods, probably OK. But the KPA1500 has the lowest 
efficiency on 6M, which can significantly increase dissipation. I 
certainly wouldn't run long MSK144 or Q65 sessions on 6M  hotter than 1kW.
