[Amps] Cleaning open frame TR relay

I cut strips of cardstock about 1 cm wide, spray a little Deoxit on 
them, and put them between the contacts while applying a little pressure 
to keep the contacts closed. Then I push them back and forth a few 
times. There is usually a black deposit on the paper afterwards.
