<I used the W6PQL input splitter/output combiner to run two KPA500s
together.  His <combiner is built to handle two 1KW pallets in his big amp
design so it should be <perfect for the Mercury.  Nicely built and top
quality boards.

The W6QPL method would be ideal..and very cost effective.  2 x merc-3's,
each operating at 750 watts  would work good, with good IMD..and not run
hot.
