There is, but doesn’t that fail eventually? It does with the cheaper brick amps (Mirage etc.).

Just see there is also an automatic RF detection, so may you don't need the cable at all.

For anyone else with the Tokyo Hy-Power HL-350VDX, which pins in the 8-pin
DIN connector on the back are for keying?


Julius at W2IHY Technologies is making me a cable. I sent him a PDF manual I
found online, and he can't find the information he needs.

Hi Chris,

you find the information on page 11 of the user manual.
You see a plug with a short piece of cable soldered on.
On the left the second pin from above is GND (pin 3, not sure).
You have to short the top left pin (pin 7, not sure) to GND.
It's the ACC, not REMOTE
