[Amps] Question about average anode current in tetrode amplifiers on higher frequencies

A quick question. How does one know if one's tube requires parasitic
suppression? Is it gain dependent? (high gain = needs suppression, low gain
= doesn't)

I was following a published design that had it, so I assumed it is needed,
but I don't know for sure. I'm using GU-43B (I also have Q1P/42 around, but
not reformed yet).
