[Amps] Alpha 76PA (3-hole)

Hey gang,
I'm a little stumped. 
My alpha 76PA was humming along perfectly. Then all of a sudden, no output. HV is still good, no grid current, no plate current when transmitting. 
I've checked the input and output relays to make sure they are working.  It acts exactly as if it was in standby, except the relay's change over. Does this sound like a bias problem? Maybe the bias circuit died? It seems unlikely all 3 tubes would die at once.
