[Amps] Ameritron AL1200/1500 bandswitch source

I also have an AL1200 with a bad bandswitch, my bad one is the 2nd wafer
from the front, likely due to RTTY or FT4/8 duty cycles.  I was operating as
W1AW/5 during VOTA when mine went bad.

Tom W8JI who designed several of the Ameritron amps told me, " I would
repair the switch from back forward by changing only the wafers. It is a
PITA to change it as a unit."
