Just take the snap in caps and fold the tap over and solder it to the traces.  It’s done all the time.

I was thinking about doing a daughter board (just home etched or perf board) that adapted the screw ins to the snap ins, but I thought I would ask here if anyone had any better ideas.

On an old AL-80, that had similar screw in's, I filled the holes with epoxy and redrilled for the snap-ins.  It was quick and easy.
