[antennaware] SCV 2nd installment

Since the 2nd installment of the SCV series (on Delta loops used as SCVs)
has now appeared in NCJ, I have made it available on line as well at my
site.  It is in the "Lower Band" section of the main index, accessible
from the SCV index.
