[antennaware] NEC-2 help with Hygain 105CA model

I'm trying to model a Hygain 105CA that I just bought using NEC-2.
I've used the dimensions for the "Low Phone" setting (also on the hygain web
site).  But when I run it through NEC-2 the max gain and impedance values
look to be about 0.5 MHz low.

I did not enter the tapered tubing sizes, but instead used one diameter
for all elements.  I thought I would be able to get the data coming out of NEC
to match the published curves by playing with the diameter of the tubing.
The cloest I can get is with a very small tubing size, but it is still too low.

Is this a valid way to do the taper correction?  Is this the problem?  I didn't
enter all of the tubing diamaters because I thought there was a problem
with NEC-2 and multi-diamater conductors.....is this true?

Any ideas?  The NEC input file is below, and a summary of the output.
