[Antennaware] Seamless Download Site and HFTA

I am slowly making progress.  The download by coordinates pages are working now, but you can't modify the data request to get GeoTIFF.  I write e-mails, never get acknowledgements, but it does appeasr that someone is working with the error messages and other data I provide.  Stay tuned.  I will do a revision of the download instructions as soon as the site is working again.
