[Antennaware] Two K9AY Rx Loops - with loop center offset

Hi

A question about the K9AY Terminated Rx Loop.

Please see this drawing of lot:

RxLoop #1 (east/west) is already constructed (one single loop) and theres no 
room to add a north/south because of trees of each side (very narrow lot). 
However, theres a small clearing (10m x 2m) at the location marked RxLoop 
#2.

Question:
1) What would the drawbacks be with this 2 loop construction versus the 
original construction with both loops at the same center?
2) Could any coupling, between the loops, be minimized with loops placed
