  Dear Guy, 

  Thank you very much for your advice. I conclude that the 
  related software has as follows:

  Numerical: FLOSS exists - Fortran/C source code in the 
  public domain

  Graphics user interface: There is no specific FLOSS 
  as a whole 

  Runnable: Freeware exists
