[CCF] Apuja UK-maahan?

                      Hello,Martti!
You'll be surprise when you get this letter.
First of all thanks a lot for all dx-peditions and cards  for  4w
and Tx0.You must remember me,as we met before many times specially
in the contests.The reason I decided to  write,  is  that  my  rig
(home made),built 25 years ago doesn't function well,I don't have
tubes to change.So, I decided to buy a commercial one ,as well as
activate 50 mhc as there is no activity from Uzbekistan.
The living standards here in my part of the wolrd is very low,you
won't believe my average salary is round 25 US dollars per  month
hi!I give private lessons (I'm a teacher)so I manage  to  collect
700 dollars for my new rig,but the problem is that we still have
nothing on sale in Uzbekistan besides ue don't  have  any  second
hand market here, as I know the sum doesm't  enongh  for  the  new
one.I don't complain at all,but I wonder if you can suggest somethimg
or may be you have valueable information.Of cornse  I  can  buy  a
second hand rig in Russia,but a good  friend  of  mine  warns  me
against buying it in Russia.
So any information will be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.
