[CCF] Contest Club Finland's Contest/DX meeting

Due to the WRTC2002 activities, the perennial CCF Contest/DX Meeting
will not be organized in January 2002.
We have, however, plans to combine these two exciting events by having
some interesting contest/DX related presentations during the WRTC2002.
