[CCF] New CCF web site address

URL for Contest Club Finland's  web site is now:

http://www.qsl.net/ccf

There is no way to update pages at ccf.contesting.com and site host does not response any mail requests (nor redirect an old URL to the new one) so please update new URL to your bookmarks.
