[CCF] Scandinavian Activity Contest - A proposal

Currently we have 4 people as the committee.
It does not work for some countries.
How is this going help the situation?
The procedure already is what is suggested.
There already is a shared responsibility for organising SAC amongst the
managers.
Now you are asking for one additional person from each country to join
in.
I see this suggestion increase complexity and amount of discussion
without results.
I would like to see a committee that really is motivated to make SAC
happen.
Not all managers are capable of that.
