[CCF] CQ WW CW dates or sun's rotation must be changed! I insist.

Folks,

I propose we not only (possibly) change dates for SAC,
but for CQ WW DX CW as well, or let's hope that sun rotates
(or the surface patch on which the coronal hole sits on) 
a little faster than 27 days...
