[CCF] SAC proposals

>From my opinion today all made SAC proposals sound very familiar.
I think we went through all this about one or two years ago.

Nothing happened.

Let's continue step by step. First we need this SAC committee which will organisate dialogues among the contester.
Then it's time to make proposals for the rules, not now.

Because I am a member of CCF I suggest they will start the job to establish a Scandinavian shared committee.
If anyone else is willing to establish this committee he will get my support.
