Comments:

A nice contest, with surprisingly decent band conditions as an added bonus.
I
don't think I have ever before participated in a contest during which the
K-index was 0 all the way through. It certainly makes a difference up here
in
OH-land. Still not much life on 15 and 10, but it was possible to squeeze a
few
QSOs and multipliers also from there.

A very heavy and stressful week at work finally took its toll on Sunday
morning
after sunrise (> 03:30z), when at times it was painful and even
anxiety-inducing
to sit at the radios. Anyway, stuck with it and things got better. Still
hoping
I didn't get too sloppy with CW reception during those lowlight moments.

Succeeded well with multipliers on most bands, but 40m got somewhat
neglected
in comparison with the other bands. Was also happy to notice that I've
learned
a little about SO2R operating compared to 1.5 years ago when I tried it for
the
first time. The QSO rate was good for most of Saturday, with things slowing
down
a bit too much during the night and early morning, which may have been the
deciding point in the race. Congratulations to Toni OH2UA for the claimed
high
score!

The warmest thanks go to Jukka OH6LI and Merja for allowing me to work from
OH4A once again. Their hospitality at the "Valkjärvi Carlton" is much
appreciated. Even a fully heated sauna was prepared for post-contest
relaxation
(OH6LI: "I just threw in a couple of pieces of wood")!

Finally, thanks to everyone for the QSOs during the contest, it was a lot of
fun. Unfortunately no SAC SSB for me this year due to family matters. Good
luck
to all who will be on the air this weekend.
