[CCF] NRAU-Baltic Contest 2009, results

Dear Contesters,

NRAU-Baltic 2009 results will be soon published on CCF web-pages - so please

This year competition was extermely tight on country competition level , where 
the victory was taken by very small margin.

Also on combined (CW+SSB) competition it was quite tight on TOP10.
Penalties and accuracy on stations logging & working was affecting to results.


Contest Commitee remarks
This year OH-activity was rised back to decent level. Lets keep it that way!

We could of done some history by publishing scores immediately after logs
deadline, cause contest commitee was having all logs in electronic format already 
day after the deadline...some checking program bugs and steering commitee head 
business travels and commitments were messing up things so badly.
