[CCF] Full support to Kim's proposal

Hi,

I would like to give my full support
to Kim's - OH6KZP - proposal. For serious
contester 24 hours after the contest
is reasonable time for sending logs.
It's an essential part of the contest
- not a new beginning of the contest.

We should have one aim: honest contesting!

Every change in our practices should add
and support this.

No more explanations starting: but..

Let's keep smiling.
