In principal, the changes are the following:
 
Former UA3 will get additional possibility to use UA2 and UA5 calls
Former UA6 will get additional possibility to use UA7 calls
Former UA9 will get additional possbility to use UA8 calls.
 
UA2F will remain as Kaliningrad.
 
It is not only UA calls that are affected, also RA etc calls.
