[CCF] WinTest and DXD

I have now used DXD with TR, N1MM and finally Wintest 4.2.

Although the Wintest manual states that the "Advanced SO2R scenarios" require other than DXD type SO2R boxes, it looks like almost everything works correctly in the version 4.2 if DXD pinheader is correctly set up.

The trick is to combine CT and NA settings so that Active Radio, Stereo RX audio and Headphones control are correctly routed in the DXD.  The capability is there.
What is needed is to connect 2-3, 4-5 and 8-9 in the pinheader and pick Active Radio (pin 14), Stereo RX audio (pin 5) and Headphones Control (pin 4) in Wintest LPT setup.

Naturally you need the LPT port connected to DXD.  Same information is also seen below in the DXD schematic.
