[CCF] "UBN" definitions on their way

Hi, as I have understood there is no such thing like "valid report"
although it must include RS(T) plus a serial qso number.

Only "valid two-way Qso" has been defined, which means correctly
copied callsigns,
reports and serial numbers.

Is this correct?
