[CCF] [TOEC] SAC 2012 Introduces National Team Contesting

Hi Mats!

Yes, this is an ADDITION to the existing Scandinavian Cup and it is a TRIAL.

The Scandinavian Cup will be done as usual, accumulating each Scandinavian
country (JW, JX, LA, OH, OH0, OJ0, OX, OY, OZ, SM, TF). SAC is still an
activity contest and we want ALL Scandinavians to switch on the radio during
the CW and SSB part and join the fun.
