[CCF] SAC SSB 2012 Final Results published

The SAC SSB 2012 Final Results are now published at http://sactest.net

Go to the result-tab in the menu too see the results. All UBN-logs are
public,  just click on a call to view the UBN.

Several non-Scandinavian records was actually broken, despite the bad
propagation during the SSB weekend.

Needless to say (?) Finland made it again in the Scandinavian Cup,
leaving Sweden on second and Norway on third place.
