[CCF] NRAU NAC 10m logrobot

NRAU NAC 10m now have a common log robot made by UA9QCQ which can sort score per society.
I know Sweden have their own robot, but we hope we can gain more activity in NRAU NAC 10m contest.

Today there been good activity and lots of good skip QSOes to non-NRAU countries 
